1Our First Date

Coffee? Lunch? RE/MAX office? It’s your pick! Our first meeting will just be a casual meet-up to figure out where you’re at. We’ll chat about why you want to buy a home, where you see yourself, and establish all your needs vs. wants.

2Get Pre-Qualified

Easy, helpful, and quick. Getting pre-qualified for a loan is the important next step of the buying process, and can be done over the phone or online in a matter of minutes. I can guide you through it and am happy to recommend some great mortgage professionals to help.

3The Hunt

Let’s get looking! Once you’re pre-qualified and know your price range, we’ll use the MLS system to find some fantastic homes to view. Exploring the neighbourhood’s best parks, cafes, and schools is the perfect way to get a true feel for the community.

4The Closing Table

At this stage, you’ve found your new home! All we’ll have left to do is write a contract, finish the financing, and do the final inspection and any other conditions.

5The Happily Ever After

Finally, we’ll close the transaction and you can move into your new home! I’ll help you prepare for a smooth transition and get settled in.
